Cut peeled pineapple lengthwise into 6 even wedges; removing the core. For the glaze, in a small mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, lime juice, olive oil, honey, chili powder and salt. Brush pineapple with half of the glaze mixture and set aside the remaining glaze for basting. Grill pineapple pieces covered, over a medium heat for 2 – 4 minutes on each side or until lightly golden, basting the pineapple occasionally with the remaining glaze.
